The email and phone numbers bound to my PikPak account are no longer valid, how do I change?

You can send an email to support@mypikpak.com to request an exchange and provide proof that you had an invalid email or mobile phone number.

For example:

  • Screenshot of the first PikPak verification code you received
  • Screenshot of the mobile phone number you used to log in to the operator's website or app.

We will replace your email and mobile phone number with a new one after verification.
