Why did I purchase premium but it didn't arrive in time?

Sometimes due to the delay of the payment platform, it will lead to the premium not timely arrival of the account occurs. Usually, premium will be credited within one hour.

If the premium is still not credited for more than one hour, please send us a screenshot of your payment (with order number) and your account number (usually your login email) to support@mypikpak.com.
