Can I lock the Vault manually?

Yes. Inside the Vault, tap "More" and select "Lock Now" to lock immediately.
If there are active upload or download Transfer tasks in progress, the app will show a confirmation prompt informing you that locking will interrupt those tasks — you can choose whether to proceed.
