What if I am a regional premium and I want to convert to a global premium?
You can use this link https://mypikpak.com/drive/all?action=show_premium_transform_dialog to complete the transformation of your regional premium to global premium.
Regional Premium Transform Notes:
- This function will transform your active regional premium days in your account to global premium days at a ratio of 2:1. Therefore, your total premium days will decrease after the transformation.
- The transformed global premium days will be rounded down to the nearest whole day, and durations less than 1 day will be deducted. If your available regional premium days are less than 2 days, the transformation cannot proceed.
- The transformation operation is irreversible. Currently, PikPak does not support converting available global premium to regional premium, and refund requests due to accidental transformations are not accepted. Please proceed with caution.
