Why is my purchased additional storage quota frozen?

Your additional storage quota will be automatically frozen when premium expires, as it is only valid during the premium period. When premium expires, the account will revert to the basic storage capacity.
Once you repurchase premium, the frozen quota will be unlocked and available immediately.
