What if I am restricted by region?

This means that you have purchased our regional premium and you are currently in one of the regions that must use the global premium.

Currently you have two options:

• You can re-purchase a global premium from our official website or app. This will allow you to use PikPak in any country or region of the world. when you purchase a global premium, we can process a refund for your regional premium. However, if you redeemed your premium using a redeem code, refunds are not supported.
• You can bind your account to a mobile phone number that does not belong to the region where you must use the global premium. The region to which the account belongs will be updated 1 hour after the binding is successful. This will allow you to continue to use PikPak locally and enjoy the same standard of service as regional premium.
