Why is my Vault sometimes still unlocked when I open the app?
This typically happens for one of the following reasons:
- There are active upload or download Transfer tasks running in the background — the Vault will not Auto-Lock while transfers are in progress.
- The time since your last unlock has not exceeded your configured Auto-Lock duration.
If you need to lock the Vault immediately, you can trigger a manual lock from within the Vault at any time.
