Why did I reach the Downstream limit without downloading many files?
Downstream quota covers all data delivered from PikPak to your device or Connected Apps, including online playback, previews, and file downloads. It is not limited to files you download manually.
Free account daily downstream quota
- Wait for the quota to reset the next day.
- Upgrade to Premium for a higher quota.
Monthly Basic Transfer Quota
- Wait until the first day of the next month, when the monthly quota resets.
- Purchase Extra Transfer Quota if you prefer not to wait.
You can review the activity that contributed to your usage on the Transfer Quota Details page. Remember that playback, previews, downloads, and Connected Apps can all consume Downstream quota.
