What happens to my Connected Apps limit when Extra Transfer Quota expires?

Extra Transfer Quota expires one year after purchase, which may be in the middle of a month. When it expires, the Connected Apps limit for each affected traffic dimension is recalculated immediately as 25% of the quota that is still valid.

If Connected Apps usage is already above a new, smaller limit, the result depends on the affected dimension:

• Downstream traffic slows to about 100 KB/s.
• Further uploads are blocked.
• New Cloud Download tasks are blocked, but tasks already running continue.

Normal service resumes when the monthly quota resets or when you purchase enough Extra Transfer Quota to raise the applicable limit above the amount already used.

The official PikPak apps are not affected by the Connected Apps limit.
