Why hasn't my storage increased after purchasing additional storage quota when premium expired?

Additional storage quota is only valid during the premium period. When premium expires, the purchased additional storage quota will be automatically frozen, and the account's available storage will revert to the basic storage capacity.

Once you repurchase premium, the frozen quota will be unlocked and available immediately.
