Updates Effective on 2026-03-10: 사용자 약관

To improve clarity and ensure proper use of PikPak's services, we have updated certain provisions in the PikPak User Agreement related to prohibited acts.

Specifically, Section 3.3 has been revised to clarify the scope of restricted acts and avoid misunderstanding about normal user activities. Minor wording and formatting adjustments have also been made without changing the original intent.
