Why didn't I get a free membership by completing a task?

According to our rules, each device can only be given a free premium once by completing a task.

If you are currently using the same device that has already been awarded a premium by completing a task, you will not be able to receive another premium even if you complete the task with a newly registered account.

Please contact support@mypikpak.com with your login email if you are completing a task for the first time on that device.
