When might I lose access to my account?
We place great importance on user experience and data security. As long as you use PikPak normally, you will never lose your account. However, in certain special circumstances, an account may become unavailable.
You are required to comply with our User Agreement, Anti-Abuse Policy, Child Sexual Abuse Policy, and other applicable policies to ensure that your account activity follows platform rules. If you violate these terms, PikPak may suspend or terminate your account to protect platform security and ensure fair use.
In addition, to ensure the fair use of service resources, according to the updated PikPak User Agreement, the following situations may result in account deletion:
1. Long-term inactivity (non-Premium users)
If you are a non-Premium user and have no login activity for 12 consecutive months, PikPak may initiate the account deletion process.
Before the process starts and on the day, it begins, PikPak will notify you multiple times via email and in-app notifications.
Once the account enters a 7-day deletion grace period, simply logging in will automatically stop the deletion process and restore your account to normal status.
2. No login activity for over 3 years and unreachable
If you have not provided valid contact information (such as an email address) and therefore cannot receive notifications, and your account has had no login activity for 3 consecutive years, PikPak may initiate the deletion process directly.
Premium users will not be considered inactive during their Premium validity period and will not enter the deletion process.
We appreciate your understanding that these adjustments are made to ensure PikPak can continue to provide you with high-quality, stable, and reliable services over the long term. This has always been our team’s commitment.
Please note: The above rules will officially take effect on March 1, 2026, and all related time calculations will begin from this date.
You can review the latest detailed information in the PikPak User Agreement.
